Here is a little snapshot of a day in the life of Jeremy Lin, the latest basketball superstar from the NBA. There is no doubt that Jeremy is a phenomenal basketball player but this insight shows why he is such a great talent...his work ethic. Coaches out there should forward this onto their players and ask them how their training regime stacks up by comparison.
Equally I wonder how many talent coaches out there are working with their players to devise practice regimes for when the player / athlete is away from their direct control and then monitoring their development with benchmarks and targets?
I would love to here from coaches that do this and learn more about the strategies they adopt to get the players committed.
